Absolutely the best staff. Listened to everything that matters to me, very supportive and not pushy. Clean gym, great choices for equipment.

In the past 18 months this gym has had three different GMs and multiple other positions leave. Their current GM lacks in her ability to communicate and speak to someone respectfully.

I put in my 30 day notice and was told I needed to meet with the manager in person. I was informed managers are no longer able to cancel memberships and it has to be approved by the district manager. Then I was told they will be taking 90 day notice. They informed me they will be charging my card without my permission for an additional two months after the end of my contract dispute me giving 30 day notice prior to the end of my contract.

The gym is about right for the price but they have no intention of ever letting you go. Their only goal is to continually up-sell you.

They have great equipment and facilities to work out in. The ability to go whenever I want is also a plus for me. I never found it too crowded which is really nice to since I can use any equipment I need when I want. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They worked with me to find the right gym membership and a good cost.
