Japan Cafe Grill at 520 Ventura Boulevard, Camarillo, California.

I was at the camarillo outlets and had lunch at Japan cafe in the food court. the food was okay but when i tried to chew it something hard scraped my tooth. I spit it out andfound a metal nut (as in nuts & bolts) in my food! I took it to thegirl at the counter and she said she would show the owner. She returned a minute later and asked if I wanted a refund. I declined it. I know how hard the restaurant business is but how the hell does a metal part get into cooked food?
